  • Fill capillary tube to “black line” for Serum, Plasma, Venipuncture Whole Blood or fill up to “red line” for Fingerstick Whole Blood
  • Add 2 to 3 drops of Developer Solution to Sample Well
  • Start timer – Wait 8 Minutes
