The Amazewell PdG (Pregnanediol Glucuronide) Progesterone Test is an easy, at-home urine test that helps confirm whether ovulation has successfully occurred—an essential factor in the conception process. PdG is a metabolite of progesterone, a hormone your body produces after ovulation to prepare the uterus for pregnancy. By measuring PdG in urine, this test gives you a reliable indication that your body has produced enough progesterone to support early pregnancy.

Key Features:

  • Confirms Ovulation Success: Detects PdG, the urine marker of post-ovulation progesterone production.

  • Supports TTC Journeys: Ideal for women trying to conceive who want deeper insight into hormone health.

  • Non-Invasive & Convenient: Simple at-home urine test—no bloodwork needed.

  • Tracks Hormone Balance: Helps you understand if your progesterone levels are where they need to be.

Additional Information

PdG stands for Pregnanediol Glucuronide, a hormone byproduct that shows up in your urine after ovulation. It’s a reliable indicator of progesterone (P4) production in the body. High PdG levels mean your body is successfully supporting the post-ovulation phase and possibly a pregnancy.
