Return and Refund Policy

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our return policy.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning any items, please obtain a Return Authorization by contacting our customer service at 215-245-4477.
Conditions for Return: Merchandise must be in new condition and in its original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a refund. Returns are subject to a 5% handling fee and exclude shipping costs. Due to the nature of Aerosol-based, Oral, and Urine products, these items are non-refundable.
