Instructions

Collect your urine in a urine collection cup. Immediately after collection, holding the test strip vertically, immerse the sample pad into the urine with the arrow pointing towards the urine. Caution: DO NOT immerse past the MAX line.

Take the test strip out after 5 seconds. Lay the test strip flat on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface with the MAX line side facing upwards, and then begin timing.

Positive results may sometimes appear as early as 3 minutes, but you should wait the full 5 minutes to confirm a result.

Additional Information

The test looks for a surge in LH (luteinizing hormone) in your urine. This hormone rises sharply 24 to 36 hours before ovulation, signaling your most fertile time.

When the test detects a high level of LH, the display clearly shows semi-qualitative LH levels—meaning it's time to try for pregnancy if you're TTC.

Results

Both "C" Control Line and "T" Test Line appear: Lay the test strip under the window slot of the color chart.

Compare Test line to reference line and record the LH level corresponding to the closest color depth.

Write down the LH value measured every day on the table of the color chart and draw a point on the corresponding position. Connect the points in order to get a curve of LH level changes to find the LH peak.
